When mixing all-purpose flour, do not add it all at once. Start adding it gradually until you form a soft dough. While kneading, your hands may get sticky, which is completely normal. You can wet your hands with a little water to make the process easier.
Cover the dough with a cloth to keep it warm, as this helps it rise more quickly. Once the Khajur is shaped into its unique and beautiful design, it is deep-fried in oil until golden brown. It is best enjoyed with a cup of hot cardamom tea.
